Our youth day camp is for girls entering grades 1-8 with a focus on skill development, teamwork, competing and having fun! Daily components of camp will include learning and developing essential skills, small sided games/scrimmages, problem solving skills and learning from current and former UVM players! Players will be grouped by age and ability level.
Sample Schedule

Morning – Intro, warm up and skill of the day demo
- Skill stations
- Snack break
- Small sided games
- Topic of the day/team challenge events!
- Lunch Break – 12pm - 1pm (lunch not provided)

Afternoon – Skills stations
- Scrimmages
*Camp medical forms will be emailed by 4/1 and must be completed/returned by 6/1 and prior to participating
**List of what to bring will also be emailed closer to the start of camp
